!) Here is my problem ;The console makes a clicking noise as if the fan was rubbing on something inside the console! In regards to the external power supply, not only the electric cable is not well connected but in addition to that, the food is also of the noise even with the console off!! The console is powerful and quiet, also good for play that to relax before watching a movie or listening to music. I didn't use the Kinect, which was a mistake : I use continually, the voice commands when I'm watching a movie on Netflix in YouTube(say "Xbox pause" is much faster than turning on the controller, and walk on). It is THE gift of this Christmas 2013! Bought for my son, he could not fail to please!
